Community yoga!Thanks to a Livewell Lawrence grant, we will be offering these sessions all yearlong! Free and open to all. Come out and experience the calming and healing that yoga can bring. Melissa Mitchell has 20+ years of experience teaching yoga to people of all levels. Absolute beginners are always welcome! We even have extra mats:) Come to the east side doors. See you then!!
